Academic Quality Staff

Description of the Role:

As part of the Academic Team, you will collaborate in the elaboration of documents that can help the development of the participants within CRIMUN, as well as the innovative and creative contributions to be able to carry out an academic strategy in the guides, with the objective that they are very attractive for the MUN community. Likewise, the pertinent work tools should be created for the Delegates, Board of Directors, as well as to be able to adapt to the development of the debate through the mechanisms indicated within this area. In order to carry out this mission, it is necessary to have a totally proactive, participatory team, as well as totally willing to be able to generate good relations in the team, in order to be a key member of the academic sector and therefore with the other members. of the Organizing Team.

Responsibilities (This list is not exhaustive, simply incompases the main responsibilities)

  • Write all documents made for the delegates and chairs (Word and Excel, via Drive) under supervision of the Academic Quality Secretary and contribution, if necessary. 

  • Prepare guides for Official Position Documents, as well as for Resolutions Papers.

  • Develop innovative and creative strategies in order to streamline documents.

  • Develop innovation and creativity strategies in order to streamline the aforementioned documents, which will be presented.

  • Respond timely to communication by the Academic Staff.

  • If necessary, work with staff from other divisions in order to complete assigned tasks.

  • Other responsibilities assigned by the Academic Secretary or appointed by the Secretary General.

Application

Requirements (This list is not exhaustive, simply incompases the main requirements)

  • University students or high school students (if they have worked in Model United Nations in the past). 

  • Experience in MUN, specifically in an academic staff.

  • Experience with writing documents in academic projects such as Model United Nations.

  • Good writing skills in Spanish, and English/French.

  • Proactivity, agility, and efficiency.

  • Creativity and innovation.

  • Available often to establish work meetings and to participate in training.

  • Teamwork skills.
